The solution has enabled rapid creation of customized document packs for Employsure’s clients. Document packs may include as many as one hundred documents, the selection and content of which is subject to business rules based on service level agreements, state and national government regulations, and the individual needs of Employsure’s business clients, from branding to specific worksite requirements.
Where Employsure’s service agents previously selected and customized general-purpose documents in a time-consuming manual operation, the process is now wizard-driven and completed in minutes with automatic selection of the appropriate document types based on a combination of business rules and controlled operator selections. Document content is then further customized by rule-driven prompting for additional information and detail selections where required by the specific document types.
Employsure also utilizes the dynamic capability of ActiveDocs Opus workflows to control the drafting, approval, finalization, and delivery to network storage, of the documents on a per-document basis.
