ActiveDocs Limited, world leaders in the provision of document automation and template management solutions, announced today that global infrastructure and engineering giant ABB has extended its implementation of ActiveDocs Opus Eclipse to include Automated Mode document generation. The implementation further integrates ActiveDocs Opus Eclipse with ABB's Common Configurator Platform (CCP) to enable push-button or system-scheduled generation of documents without additional user input.
The enhanced solution addresses a complex set of requirements including precise management & control of Template design, easy control of Template access and availability across multiple user groups, merging of hundreds of data items per document from existing systems, extensive use of common content via ActiveDocs Opus Snippet technology, and utilizing external documents from a variety of sources.
