ActiveDocs Limited, a world leader in the provision of document automation and compliance applications, today announced the release of a case study that describes the implementation of ActiveDocs Opus by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC), a statutory authority established to regulate the building industry in the Australian State of Queensland. QBCC deployed ActiveDocs Opus as part of an integrated solution to improve efficiency and responsiveness in the generation of letters and other documents for its clients, and in the design and maintenance of the Templates used to generate those documents. The solution integrates ActiveDocs Opus with QBCC’s CRM interface, SalesForce, Meridio DMS, MS Outlook, and its print and email infrastructure.

Skip Dostine, ActiveDocs VP Business Development, Australia and Asia-Pacific, said: “It has been a pleasure for ActiveDocs to assist QBCC with its implementation of new Document Automation and Template Management processes. This case study explores in detail the integration of ActiveDocs Opus with QBCC’s existing infrastructure and business processes, and clearly shows how the integration capabilities of ActiveDocs Opus have supported improved efficiency and responsiveness in both letter and document generation, and template design and maintenance, at QBCC.”
