ActiveDocs Limited, a world leader in the provision of document automation applications, today released a case study covering the implementation of ActiveDocs Opus by ABLV Bank, the largest independent private Latvian bank with international presence across Eastern Europe and Asia. ABLV integrated ActiveDocs Opus document automation solution within multiple software applications that support its front- and back- office banking processes, including the core banking platform software Temenos T24.

“We discovered that some of our document creation services did not meet the high standards required by our new document style,” said Rolands Citajevs, CIO at ABLV Bank. “As we knew that document automation with ActiveDocs Opus-generated documents could meet all the new standards we decided to integrate it with all of our banking systems that need to create electronic or printed documents.”

ActiveDocs Opus is the central facility for all template management and document generation at ABLV. The integration with all existing systems that require document generation was made possible by the exceptional integration capabilities of ActiveDocs Opus. Templates can be managed by business users, leveraging their subject matter expertise.

Nick Chivers, ActiveDocs European Sales Director, said: “We would like to thank the team at ABLV for their assistance with the creation of this case study. The implementation of ActiveDocs Opus at ABLV is a fine example of how the basic, and incongruent, document generation capabilities of banking applications can be replaced and standardized by the enterprise-wide ActiveDocs Opus document automation platform, and seamlessly integrated across all systems.”
