ActiveDocs started as Keylogix, a company specializing in designing and automating templates in Auckland, New Zealand.
We developed our first product. The concept was revolutionary. It was a Microsoft Word add-in, and it removed dependency from developers. It enabled people without IT knowledge to build templates on their own.
It was an exciting, award-winning product (Microsoft Office Innovation 2002), and we were recognized as innovators on a global scale. It turned out that businesses had tremendous results from using our software.
We knew that we had a great product that could truly help even bigger businesses with their document processes. We built a server-based system, and focused our efforts on larger corporations.
Suddenly, others could get just as excited about our software as we are. They, too, could see the potential of what we had been working on.
More importantly, all of our customers could see the benefits.
Fast forward 10 years.
ActiveDocs is now a fourth generation platform. Our software is used in over a hundred countries, and in multiple languages. We support our customers all around the world.
We continue to bring excitement into every project. We listen to our customers, so that we can design and develop our software with their needs in mind.
We do this because we believe that our customers, not software developers, tell us what is needed.
