His strong international sales, marketing, and management background continues to be an excellent asset for ActiveDocs, driving impressive growth in our global client base and in the business itself.
Prior to joining ActiveDocs, Glenn enjoyed a sustained international career in technology sales and marketing. As International Sales Director for Cray Communications in the UK during the 1990s, and in his later role at Cisco Systems EMEA, he was responsible for marketing operations of Service Provider sales teams in 29 countries. A relocation into the American marketplace as VP of Marketing at Nortel Networks saw Glenn assume responsibility for running international teams in both the Service Provider Solution and Enterprise Products divisions. This lead to his later appointment as CEO of Invisible Hand Networks, a start-up based in Boston, a role that honed and perfected the leadership skills he brings to ActiveDocs today.
Glenn holds an Honors BSc with a specialization in Marketing from UMass in Boston, USA.
Senior Vice President of Sales, North America
Catherine looks after our customers in North America and Asia Pacific. Over 13 years in this role have given Catherine profound understanding of our software, services, market, and – above all – customers’ requirements. Combined with her expert communication skills, this knowledge means Catherine can confidently introduce our customers to ActiveDocs, look after their needs, and structure and manage projects undertaken on their behalf.
Catherine has a strong background in International Sales, Publishing, and Management across multiple verticals. This helps her ensure the success of our largest and most diverse customers – she is responsible for some of our longest-standing customers, and most innovative implementations.
Vice President of Sales, Europe
Samuel heads operations in our most dynamic market, working closely with customers in Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to this appointment, Samuel worked in account management, software quality assurance analysis, and as an underwriter for Liability Insurance. His broad industry experience and insights have given Samuel expertise ideal for working with our clients, who represent the top companies in their various fields.
Senior Technology Evangelist
Martin brings to his role genuine passion for design, enthusiasm for technology, and the possibilities the two provide. His work with customers focuses on finding their best solution, and seeing through its successful execution. Martin is always up to date with the latest technologies, trends in the market, and our customers’ feedback, all of which provide material for his regular contributions to our blog. His insights are an invaluable advantage to our ongoing product development strategy.
Before joining us at ActiveDocs, Martin was a “rocket scientist”. He gained his Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering studying internationally, with components in Czech Republic, the UK, and New Zealand.
Senior Vice President, Product Development
Glenn is in charge of the development of our software. He oversees the Development Team, ensuring a continuity of standards and process, drawing on his skills as both an intuitive developer and a wide-thinking analyst.
Glenn works closely with our Account Managers to stay up to date with customer feedback, which allows us to improve our software with our customers’ needs in mind. Glenn has been with us for over 20 years and in that time, his contributions have been fundamental to our successful Gold Partnership with Microsoft.
