Learfield IMG’s new ActiveDocs solution generates customer communications, sourcing up-to-date information from the company’s CRM, Dynamics 365. Contracts and sponsorship agreements are produced individually based on the information in CRM, while invoices are compiled and sent out in lots of several thousand at a time.
Learfield IMG’s documents and communications are generated in a fully automated mode, in batches or on-demand, with no human input required. In the future, the firm intends to leverage the ActiveDocs DocuSign Connector to integrate its solution with DocuSign, as this would provide a quicker turn-around time for contracts.
"Among Learfield IMG’s biggest obstacles to expansion were the inadequacies of its previous document automation solution," says Martin Srubar, Senior Technology Evangelist. "Learfield needed to send documents to clients in batches. Their old solution limited these batches to 500 recipients – and Learfield IMG needed to regularly contact over 5000 people at a time. This was no problem for ActiveDocs. In terms of what the software can do, it was actually a straightforward requirement – and a powerful improvement for Learfield IMG."
